So there's this woman I know; wizened old crone, homely as a sea slug, crabby... just generally unpleasant individual. She's in her 60s, has 12 cats, and as far as I know, lives alone. So it came as a complete surprise to me when one day I overheard her mention that she had a grown daughter. Is it wrong that my first thought upon hearing that wasn't, "Wow! She's a mom?", but rather, "Wow! Somebody actually had to fuck that heinous hosebeast??"

Yep, that was an evil thing to say, but I must admit that I've had similar thoughts, mostly when I see some couples at the mall.
